Warranty Coverage Eligibility
This Limited Warranty sets forth the terms under which Arvumar warrants its lighting products. Coverage only applies to items bought directly via Arvumar.com or official authorized resellers, and a valid purchase receipt is required for all warranty claims.
2-Year Warranty Term
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under standard residential use.
Our lighting goods are engineered to strict quality benchmarks, and this warranty guarantees reliable product performance.
The 2-year coverage window begins on the original purchase date.
Eligibility & Warranty Transfer Rules
Warranty benefits initially belong exclusively to the original buyer. Limited transfer rights apply only in new construction scenarios:
If a builder, contractor or property developer purchases our lights for installation in a brand-new residential property, the warranty may be transferred to the first homeowner (primary or secondary residence). Ownership documentation and verification are mandatory to complete the transfer.
Available Remedies for Approved Claims
Once your warranty claim is validated, Arvumar reserves full discretion to select one of the following resolutions:
- Repair defective product parts;
- Replace the unit with an equivalent comparable model;
- Issue store credit or process a full refund.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
When sending replacement units, Arvumar will make reasonable attempts to match original finishes and aesthetics. Perfect identical matching is not guaranteed due to natural material variances and normal wear/aging over time.
Circumstances Not Covered by Warranty
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from:
- Incorrect installation, failure to follow official product instructions, or use of mismatched/incompatible accessories;
- Harsh environmental exposure including coastal salt air, unprotected outdoor placement, and high-wind locations;
- Natural inherent material traits: wood grain differences, stone veining, glass texture variations, and natural patina formation on specialty finishes.
